If whenever you travel, museums, art galleries, events, graffiti filled streets are the first things you want to see, and if you’re having a hard time choosing the next artsy location, here are 8 cities meant for you art lovers. 

Bogota, Columbia

The capital of Colombia, Bogota. Is a city you must visit in South America. You can start at the Botero Museum, with its vast collection of art objects. Street art? It’s literally at many corners of the city especially in the neighborhoods, where you are able to admire drawings inspired by politics or local traditions. 

Berlin, Germany.

The berlin Wall? Heard about it. With a wall like that, it’s no surprise that a lot of artsy festivals are held here and are the most impressive. Walking through the streets, you are able to admire the city in changing. Its assured the walls would not be the same in your next visit, the same wall would have a different appearance.

London, United Kingdom.

If you want to buy all sorts of art when you return from your next holiday, pack your bags and head to London, United Kingdom.  The British metropolis is living art, it’s a huge art market, and you would not dare leave empty handed. Local designer clothes and antiques are found in Portobello Road Market and Spitalfields market. However do not miss a visit to the famous museums. 

Portland, USA.

The American street art journey with so many methods of artistic expressions is found in Portland, USA. Take a walk or ride a bike, starting from the Alberta Arts District, where both local designer boutiques and street art will fascinate you. For other forms of art, choose to visit galleries such as the Guardino Gallery or the HiiH Gallery and the Monograph Bookweks. 

Paris, France.

Ahh! Paris. There is no need for an introduction it.  Just the simple ‘Paris’ is enough to make any art lover excited. Just by the name, a lot of places specialized for art comes to mind. Especially the Louvre Museum, it’s always crowded, it’s worth it though. And also do not forget the Musee Picasso and the Musee d’Orsay.

Vienna, Austria.

Vienna is one of the most beautiful cities that appeal to Art lovers. With a large number of museums is just enough to amuse any one. With so little time, and so many wonderful places, your visit to Vienna, Austria is going to be definitely worth it. Furthermore, Museum Quarter is a district dedicated to museums and it’s the best place to start your journey.
