The waters here at Rasdhoo madivaru has the highest underwater visibility and seeing the hammerhead sharks swim alongside will give you both amusement & Goosebumps.

Why hammerheads? Because these are the much appreciated sharks that we have to get up early for.

While you are diving over the reefs, you can find a school of hammerheads circling over you, blocking the sunlight from over your shoulders.  Large groups of these hammerheads usually visit before sunrise. However, during the early hours you can witness schools of black snappers, dogtooth tunas and even enthusiastic dolphins. Moreover, you will also be able to swim with delightful groups of fish such as the napoleon wrasse, ribbon eels, barracudas and even the white tip reef shark.

Furthermore, Rasdhoo Madivaru, which is also known as the Hammerhead  Point which is now more demanding than ever for dives on the outer reefs where hammerhead sharks, mantas and other large pelagics are frequent visitors. Outside this reef, the depth drops rapidly to nearly over 200m with the waters being exceptionally clear.
