For all of you millenials out there, you must have been dreaming about travelling around the world, honestly who hasn’t.

But here are common questions you might be asked, and if you have already started travelling already, would certainly agree with.

“Isn’t it hard to have a relationship while you travel?”

“Do you ever date?”

“When was the last time you considered dating?”

And mainly if you are a solo traveler, or wish to be in this case.

Well the brutal truth in travelling is yes! It is indeed very hard to maintain a relationship while you travel.

One thing is certain, the major downside in travelling is the perpetual singleness that comes along with it. When you are always on the move, you are honestly never in one place long enough to build a healthy lasting relationship.

So the real question here is, does travel and love go hand in hand?

And the sweet answer is yes.

Relationships may be hard, but it is bound to happen, and it does.

You can find Love & Romance on the road. It’s not that hard.

The thing about romance & travelling is the duration, the commitment, and the spark.

You may encounter various potential partners in your expeditions, but without the commitment, keeping the spark alive would be just too hard.

The sad truth about travelling is, you never meet the same person again, and even if you do it is time to quickly say goodbye and move to another destination, hence lasting just a few days.

Relationships are hard, but not impossible. There are many couples who met while travelling and are now travelling together. On the other hand are the travelers who have “destination relationships”. Where they meet someone, and for that place & time they are together. There is no one to blame, Bonds form very quickly on the road, it’s the absence that drifts each other apart.

If you ever do find romance on the road, it is pure bliss.

And until you do, explore.
